When it came time for comic performer Gilda Radner to title her candid 1989 autobiography, the Emmy winner decided on one of her famous catchphrases (as Roseanne Roseannadanna) from Saturday Night Live: “It’s always something.” Radner’s brutally honest book dealt with her sudden confrontation with death after a terminal cancer diagnosis at age 40, and also reflected on how to best live out one’s days.
